BetaCore – B2B Reseller Platform for Refurbished Laptops & Pre-Owned iPhones
BetaCore is committed to providing reliable and cost-effective delivery options to our reseller partners across South Africa. All shipments are handled under the following terms.
1. Delivery Options and Costs
We offer two delivery options at checkout:
- Free Nationwide Delivery (default):
• Cost: R0 (fully covered by BetaCore).
• Estimated time: 4–7 business days from order confirmation and payment clearance.
• Suitable for standard reseller needs with no rush. - Standard (Faster) Delivery (optional upgrade):
Cost: R99 per order (added at checkout).
Estimated time: 1–3 business days from order confirmation and payment clearance.
Ideal for urgent stock replenishment. - No minimum order value required for either option.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery times are estimates only and subject to courier availability, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
2. In-Stock vs Pre-Order Shipping
- In-Stock Items:
• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment clearance.
• Free delivery: 4–7 business days total from dispatch.
• Faster option (R99): 1–3 business days total from dispatch. - Pre-Order Items:
• Pre-orders are for incoming/limited stock not yet in our warehouse.
• Stock arrival typically takes 1–2 weeks from pre-order placement (mostly 2 weeks), with possible delays up to 3 weeks depending on supplier lead times.
• Shipping only begins once the stock arrives at our Rustenburg facility, your order is prepared, and full payment/balance is cleared.
• Pre-orders qualify for free delivery (default 4–7 business days from dispatch). The optional R99 faster delivery is also available if you prefer quicker dispatch after arrival.
• Total estimated time from pre-order placement: 1–3 weeks for stock arrival + the chosen delivery timeframe (4–7 days free or 1–3 days for R99).
• We provide regular updates via email and/or WhatsApp on stock arrival status, dispatch date, and tracking.
• If delays exceed 3 weeks, we notify you promptly; you may cancel the pre-order for a full refund of payments made (no interest), per our Terms and Conditions.
3. Courier and Tracking
We partner with reliable national couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, RAM, Dawn Wing, or similar trusted services) for secure, trackable delivery.
A tracking number will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
You must provide a correct, complete delivery address and contact person at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
4. Inspection on Delivery
As a reseller, you (or your designated recipient) must inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt.
Report any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery via email ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (0790260138), including clear photos of the packaging, courier label, and affected item(s).
Late reports may limit our ability to assist with courier claims or warranty support.
5. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery (once the courier hands over the parcel).
Ownership/title passes to you upon full payment and delivery.
6. Non-Delivery, Lost Parcels, or Delays
In the unlikely event of non-delivery, loss, or significant delay, we will investigate with the courier using tracking information.
If confirmed lost or undeliverable due to courier fault, we will arrange replacement (subject to stock availability) or refund at our discretion.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events (see Force Majeure clause in our Terms and Conditions).
7. General
This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions (available at betacore.co.za/terms-and-conditions).
By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms.
We reserve the right to change couriers, delivery partners, fees, or this policy at any time — continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updates.
