Our Condition Grades Explained

We use three clear, consistent grades so you know exactly what you're getting. Grades are based on cosmetic appearance (exterior wear) while ensuring 100% full functionality (no performance issues).

Near like-new condition.

• Minimal to no visible scratches, scuffs, or marks on screen, body, or edges
• Pristine screen (no dead pixels, deep scratches, or discoloration)
• Looks almost indistinguishable from new at arm's length

Very Good

Light signs of normal use, still very presentable.

• Small, faint scratches or micro-scuffs (visible only on close inspection)

• Great balance of price and condition for most resellers
• Most common battery health: 87–95% (iPhones)
